Mr.Pawan Gupta is the Founder and Promoter of RCI Logistics Pvt Ltd , a 350 crore Transportation and Logistics company.
With more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry, under Mr. Gupta’s Leadership and Management, RCI has spread across 22 states and currently operates in 55 offices. A true pan India presence has helped the company grow at 20% CAGR YoY.
Mr.Gupta pioneered the concept of a 32” MXL containerized vehicle in India 25 years ago, a game changing concept in the industry, much before the commercial vehicle manufacturers came up with this product in the market.

Mr.Gupta was the President of the Hyderabad Goods Transports Association and during his tenure as president, the association set up a first of its kind Institute in India that would impart training in hard and soft skills to workers in the transportation industry.
Mr.Gupta, a Science Graduate and an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad is also the member of ASSOCHEM, CEO Club and FTAPCCI (Federation of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry).
Mr.Anil Gupta is the Director of RCI Logistics Pvt Ltd , a 350 crore Transportation and Logistics company.
With more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, Mr.Anil has set up and directed RCI’s Business and complete Operations in the Southern Region of India based out of Chennai.
Under Mr.Anil’s Leadership, South India region has seen YOY growth in business and excellent control on Operations and Cost Effective Management of the Fleet with multiple initiatives.
Mr.Anil Gupta has been instrumental in setting up a dedicated warehousing facility for MRF Tyres in Arrakonam.
In addition to being a strategist for the whole Organization, Mr.Anil Gupta, a Commerce Graduate is also an active member of AITWA ( All India Transporters Welfare Association ) and Member of the Defence Force Association.
Mr.Ashok Kumar Gupta is the Director of RCI Logistics Pvt Ltd , a 350 crore Transportation and Logistics company.
With more than 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, Mr.Ashok has been instrumental in leading RCI’s Business and complete Operations in the Northern and Eastern Region of India based out of New Delhi.
Mr.Ashok has set up and manages the Organizations largest Fleet Maintenance hub near Gurgaon that handles around 300 vehicles . He lays great emphasis on Health, Safety and staff welfare across the organisation for its Drivers and Operations team by routinely conducting Health & Safety Workshops, Medical Check-up Camps etc. This has helped create a harmony between the drivers and the organisation and an excellent working culture in the company.
In addition, Mr.Ashok's leadership has ensured the continuous growth of the business and made RCI a trusted brand across cross section of the industry segments in Northern India.
Mr.Ashok, a Science Graduate, is also an active member of All India Goods Transporters Association.
With a career spanning over 25 years in Business Management, Harry Himmat Lagad, is an astute business Leader, who has successfully headed Supply Chain functions, Manufacturing, Sales, Business Development and General Management portfolios across a variety of industry verticals, from Third Party Logistics, Plastics, Photographic Goods, Engineering, Sporting Goods, Footwear and Clothing, Consumer Electronics, Telecom and Timber. His work has carried him across almost all continents, with various stints in India, Russia, Europe, South East Asia, Australia, USA & currently India. He has worked with such astute organizations as Nokia, Intercraft( Kodak) Australia, Pacific Brands (Pacific Dunlop Australia), Tech Pacific (Ingram Micro Austral-Asia), Gati , Brightstar and TNT Logistics etc. Harry has also served in the Electronic Engineering area of the Indian Navy.
Harry is passionate about Leadership and has taught leadership and consulted on organizational development & Supply Chains to many companies around the world.
He has extensive experience in the set up of Distribution Supply Chains with global case studies on Reliance Infocomm India, Tech-Pacific Australia, Brightstar –Vodafone Turkey and Flymobile India.
He was the Executive Director on the board of Gati Ltd, and is currently Chairman, with Genometri Pte Ltd, Executive Director with 7Hills Business Solutions, and Advisory board member of Vietnam Supply Chain Council and Advisory Board member of Reverse Logistics Company Ltd. Harry was selected as the top 100 Supply Chain professionals in Asia and is a known speaker in the management community.
Harry loves sailing, writing and golf and is now actively involved in working towards setting up an NGO for Children with Autism.
